Established Investment Company: 2001
Jim and Rebecca Tudor are the principals of Twinrose Investments. They have a combined commercial real estate experience totals over 40 years and spanning numerous disciplines including banking, underwriting, development, project leasing, tenant representation, national account management, appraisal, and asset management.
Prior to starting Twinrose Investments they gained experience from some of the top companies in the industry, including Grubb & Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield, Crescent Real Estate, Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, and Trammell Crow Company. They are active participants in NTCAR, CREW, ULI, and ICSC. Their breadth of industry knowledge and relationships with professionals at many of the country’s leading real estate companies brings a level of professionalism found more often in much larger companies.

Established Full-Service Property Management Services: 2002
With the purchase of the MacArthur Park outparcels, Jim and Rebecca established a property management and asset management system modeled after those that Rebecca had helped establish in her past experiences. They set up accounting, budgeting, and business planning systems that allowed them to appropriately communicate with their investors, lenders, and tenants. They also streamlined the operations of the property, reduced overall operating expenses, and fixed chronic repair items with permanent and cost-effective solutions.
Over the past five years, the system has been fine-tuned and now allows for the efficient management of the entire portfolio with appropriate staffing. Their property management and accounting team consists of both internal employees and consultants.
Established Full-Service Leasing Services: 2002
Twinrose Investments has executed its leasing activities internally in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area and by the careful selection of third-party leasing agents for its Houston property.
Established Twinrose Development Company: 2006
In July 2006, Rebecca joined Twinrose Investments full-time and established Twinrose Development Company together with partner, Hal Hardister. Hal comes to TDC with a 15 year background in construction and development management, rounding out the team’s experience. The first Twinrose Development Company project was initiated in July 2006 as a speculative development site. This is the site of Twinrose Regent, I & II which is being built in the DFW Airport’s International Commerce Park.
Expanded Corporate Office: 2007
In order to accommodate the growth that they had experienced over the preceding years, Twinrose made an investment in its corporate overhead in 2007 by leasing a previously built-out suite at The Belvedere in Dallas. This expansion will allow Twinrose to effectively and efficiently make the most of the opportunities ahead.
